Luminous Current explores the relationship between stillness and movement. The glass vessel is solid, transparent and physically grounded, yet within and around it appears a rush of energy, light and motion.
The sweeping white and amber lines suggest something passing through the glass without ever being contained by it. They could represent energy, memory, heat, electricity, thought or even time itself.
The contrast between the cool transparency of the glass and the warmth of the amber light creates a meeting point between fragility and intensity. What appears to be a simple vessel becomes a container for something much harder to define.
